Stopped in for coffee one morning, and the place was absolutely packed. We decided to wait, but unfortunately it wasn’t worth it. The ordering process seemed a little disorganized, as drinks were coming out in a random order. Our coffee sat on the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to add the cold foam. I could have overlooked the wait if the coffee had been great, but I found the flavor to be pretty bland. It wasn’t particularly strong or sweet, so it just didn’t live up to the wait for me.

I wanted 40 minutes to get my order, when I placed my order there were only 3 people in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes I got one of my two drinks, iced coffee, then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes to get my other iced coffee. There were numerous people behind me that ordered 20-30 minutes after that received their order before I did. They really seem to prioritize mobile orders without any acknowledgment of in person orders. Coffee is good but the direction of getting orders out is non existent. My drink sat so long the cup melted.

Super busy spot, but that’s to be expected since it’s basically the only coffee shop on that little strip. The Koffee Kooler wasn’t my favorite because of the strong aftertaste, but the latte was fantastic. Great location, good coffee overall. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area.

Great coffee. Horrible customer service. No direction on how to order. No greeting from employees. No signs indicating where to order. Mega long lines and not one person in line both days I went knew what to do. It appeared they focused on online orders over in store guests. Like I said, coffee was great. Bought some to make at home but in a area full of tourists, a little instruction or direction would have been very helpful. The parking was also a challenge which is at no fault of the store.

On Saturday morning, I was craving coffee, so I searched the area and found Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii. It opens early, at 6:00 AM, and was 5-minutes from where we were staying. Fortunately, I managed to find parking right in front of the cafe. I went to the counter and ordered a small, hot caramel wave coffee. After discussing the sweetness options with the server, I opted for half sweet. My coffee order arrived in around 7-10 minutes. The coffee was fresh, hot, and perfectly made just how I liked it, less sweet. Great cafe with a wide selection of excellent coffees.
